Educating Young Minds

The institutions of Smt. S.H. Gajera Charitable Trust span across 9 campuses, comprising a network of 17 schools, 7 colleges, and an orphanage ‘Vatsalya Dham’. The Trust caters to more than 50,000 students in Gujarat, India; fostering thousands of students from the weaker section of society to learn and explore new opportunities. With a holistic approach towards development of an integrated personality, the schools provide an atmosphere, which gives way to the child’s thirst for knowledge and provides opportunities to help them develop their innate talent, because the Trust believe that every child can be guided and fostered to reach their innate potential.

It is the space for tools, projects, mentors and expertise. A collection of tool does not define a Makerspace. Rather we define it by what it enables, Making. Gajera Trust wanted to create a Makerspace as a learning environment with rich possibilitiess

Health for the future

The Trust in association with Laxmi Diamond Group of Companies and other organizations have supported various health initiatives: blood donation drives, mobile diagnostic van, eye check-up camps, and food and medicine distribution activities, and supports various hospitals. Gajera Trust is a trustee and actively participates with the hospitals and organizations for general upliftment and providing good health in the community.

Blood Donation Camp
The Trust conducts regular Blood Donations Drives from last 18 years and has helped by donating 10000 units of blood till date. It included 3390 units of blood donation in association with Surat Diamond Association Mega Blood Donation Camp, which has a World Record for Collecting Highest Units of Blood.
Health Check-up Drives
Along with blood donation campaigns, the Trust also organizes various primary health check-up drives on regular basis. It helps people to induce a healthy lifestyle.
Mobile Medical Van
Mobile Medical Vans have been reaching out to people in the rural areas to provide with required healthcare facilities. Mobile Medical Van equipped with an X-ray facility, laboratory, and a doctor have helped thousands to uplift their health condition.

Founded in 2006, Vatsalaya Dham is a home for more than 650 souls from all around India. It thrives to provide shelter and learning to needful orphans from rural and tribal areas.
