Global Impact
Rooted in Integrity

Laxmi Diamond Pvt Ltd, founded in 1972, has grown into one of the most trusted names in the polished diamond industry. With its headquarters in Mumbai, and a global presence spanning the USA, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, we are proud of the relationships we've built and the work we've done.

Our journey has been shaped by a strong focus on our customers, a dedication to the highest quality standards, and an unwavering commitment to ethical practices. Every diamond we offer is crafted with care, ensuring it meets the highest certifications, including those from the GIA, to guarantee its integrity.

Over the past five decades, we've experienced remarkable growth, evolving from our humble beginnings into a major player in the diamond and jewellery industry. Today, with a dedicated team of over 7,000 people, we continue to innovate and expand, with manufacturing facilities in Surat, Amreli, and Botswana. But beyond being a business, Laxmi Diamond is a family, a community, and a reflection of the values that have guided us every step of the way.

Where Innovation Meets
Tradition

We’ve always remained committed to refining the diamond manufacturing process, making it more streamlined, synchronized, and precise. Traditionally, key operations like planning, cleaving, cutting, and polishing were managed separately across the industry. In 1996, we redefined this model by integrating all these stages under one roof. This pivotal shift not only improved efficiency and communication but also gave us complete control over quality at every step.

One of our core strengths lies in our versatility. While many in the industry rely on a single rough diamond source, we work with a wide variety of rough materials from across the globe. This independence, combined with deep material knowledge, allows us to remain agile and consistently deliver value, regardless of origin or source.

From the first cut to the final polish, every diamond is crafted with cutting-edge technology, expert craftsmanship, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

quote quote

Every diamond tells a story, and for us, that story begins with integrity. We believe that brilliance means nothing without transparency. From the mine to the masterpiece, we ensure our diamonds follow the most honest, direct, and responsible path. We proudly source from trusted names like De Beers and ODC, not just for their quality, but because they share our commitment to ethical practices. While our larger stones are GIA-certified, each piece we craft upholds a deeper promise: to honour people, protect the planet, and uplift every life we touch. To us, a truly precious diamond is one that shines with purpose.
